Power of attorney, dvance directives, wills and trusts, and organizing important documents to ensure peace of mind and future security.
Healthcare & Wellness Support
Assistance with Medicare and Medicaid, scheduling medical appointments, coordinating with home health or hospice, and helping families understand care options.
Housing & Living Transitions
Support in finding assisted living, senior communities, aging-in-place resources, relocation help, and guidance through major life transitions.
Benefits & Social Services Navigation
Help applying for Social Security, SSI/SSDI, SNAP, LIHEAP, transportation programs, veteran services, and more.
